The Project Management Institute starts a collaboration with Biohope for the dissemination of the company’s project
PMI (Project Management Institute) and Biohope have started to collaborate to find synergies between PMBoK and biomedicine project management. PMI is very interested in the diffusion on how a biomedicine project can be managed in each different knowledge area, and how specifics scientific risks can be monitored and mitigated by PMBoK methodology in a very variable scenario, which is a very well-known idiosyncrasy of Biotech sector.
Biohope is pioneer in the sector in the introduction of PMBok as best practices principles managing the European H2020 funded TRANSBIO project, that will lead us to a stronger base of project management layer inside the organization.
